After an initial phone consultation where relevant information about you and the recipient is gathered including budget, Rose Quartz will research various options and create three tailor made proposals. You will receive a summary of these three proposals.

Once you have chosen the idea you like best, Rose Quartz will organise everything on your behalf which could include booking travel, hotels, restaurants, taxis, babysitters, contacting friends and family to arrange a gathering, writing itineraries, designing vouchers and organising a treasure hunt.

You will receive full instructions including all necessary information to ensure the event works perfectly.
